WHAT IS A PHEROMONE?
Pheromones are scents that cats (and other animals) use to communicate with one another. Comfort Zone collars release pheromones that facilitate a relaxed state.
DO THE COMFORT ZONE PHEROMONES AFFECT PEOPLE OR OTHER ANIMALS IN MY HOUSE?
We have no evidence it affects people or other animals.
WILL THE COMFORT ZONE PHEROMONES SEDATE MY CAT?
Comfort Zone diffusers are drug-free and release odourless pheromones that calm your cat and should have no sedative effects.
ARE THERE ANY ADVERSE SIDE EFFECTS FROM THE COMFORT ZONE PHEROMONES THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
We have no evidence of any adverse side effects.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
Pheromones are a mixture of fatty acids. Our products also contain a solvent, which helps dissolve the pheromones so it can be sprayed or diffused.
COLLARS
HOW DO I FIT THE COLLAR?
Place the collar around your cat’s neck, adjust it to fit and buckle in place. A properly fitted collar is one that, when fastened, fits comfortably around the neck. You should be able to fit one or two fingers between the neck and the collar with the fingers flat against your cat’s neck.
HOW DOES THE COLLAR BREAKAWAY?
The cat pheromone collar has an easy-release feature for your cat’s safety. The Breakaway® collar will release if the cat becomes entangled in an object like a fence or tree.
HOW LONG DOES THE COLLAR LAST?
Replace the collar every 30 days.
WHERE CAN I USE THE COLLAR?
Your cat should wear this collar 24/7, whether indoors or outdoors.
WHAT SIZE IS THE COLLAR?
The collar is one-size fits all and is easily adjustable.
WHAT PACK SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
The collar is available in single or packs of two.
